Effects of Technology on Education

There are negative and positive things about technology. Computers, palms, cell phones or tape recorders can be used in different ways. Computers help in a positive way by searching things in the internet, using Microsoft programs to make your writings, graphs, or brochures neater, studying for tests or quizzes trough the Glencoe or other web sites and much more. Computers have also negative things that are the pop ups, the strange people you meet at the chat, and the long time they are playing or chatting in it instead of studying or doing their homework. Palms would help you keep an organized life by using the agenda, It would remember you the things that you need to do that day. You can also keep many sorts of information like you do in a computer. If its possible you can also use the internet through the palm. Tape recorders can record your speeches and then you can memorize it better by hearing it a lot of times. Cell phones can provide a good communication between your classmates when school is over so that they don?t have problems localizing someone to do a project. Students can get help from other students asking them not the answers but telling them to explain something. If you leave something at home that you were supposed to bring to school you can phone someone like your mom to bring it to school but then this student cant learn how to be responsible. Students could talk or play during class with the cell phone and then they wont learn anything so they would be ruined.
